Berry Global, one of the world’s largest nonwoven fabric producers, required a customized masterbatch solution for their spunbond production line. The challenge was to develop a masterbatch that could maintain excellent fiber quality while achieving vibrant, consistent colors at high production speeds.
Our Solution
Our R&D team developed a specialized PP-based color masterbatch with ultra-high dispersion properties. The formulation was optimized through extensive testing on our own nonwoven pilot line to ensure perfect compatibility with Berry’s production equipment.
Results
The project resulted in a 15% improvement in production efficiency and consistent color matching across all production batches. Berry Global recognized us as an “Excellent Supplier” in 2022.
